  • Every Monday evening you attend a live masterclass of approximately 45 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of Q&A. In addition, you set aside time each week for the assignments in the workbook. You determine how much depth you want to explore in these assignments.

  • Yes. All masterclasses are recorded. If you can't attend live, you can watch the replay whenever it suits you.
