Spiritual message, new life.

Sometimes things happen that you can't explain. Chanice (31) knows all about it. As a trauma coach, she received an important message during a healing massage from a client. "Suddenly, I had an image of a man in my head. Meanwhile, I kept hearing a young voice saying, 'He's touching me.'"

Chanice: "As a child, I was very sensitive to the energies and emotions of others. Because I didn't always like that, I eventually closed myself off from it. Until my aunt passed away, and she often gave me information in my dreams. For example, about what was going to happen or what had just happened. I once dreamt about a family member who, according to my aunt, wasn't doing well (which later turned out to be true) or about a burglary at someone else's house (which apparently had just occurred).

I also once dreamt about a house that was completely on fire. A few months later, I was suddenly confronted with it during a vacation. Luckily, it wasn't the place where I was staying, but it was remarkable.
So, for me, it was clear that I was open to paranormal messages. I just hadn't experienced it before during my work as a trauma coach, until three years ago..."

Dominant energy

"During a healing massage for a client, I quickly received messages that the woman I was treating had a sexual block. I work with energy points in the body, and in certain places, I clearly felt resistance. Then I noticed a dominant energy in the room. It was a completely different energy than mine and my client's, so it was clear to me that it didn't belong to us. Suddenly, I received an image of a man in my head. And then an image of a little girl on a tricycle. Meanwhile, I kept hearing a young voice saying, 'He's touching me.'"

Because I myself had experienced sexual abuse in the past, I was briefly afraid that I was projecting my own experiences onto my client. Until she suddenly started crying. I said I felt her pain and that she was allowed to release it."

Big secret

"The woman said she had carried a secret with her for years. She had never shared it with anyone, but unexpectedly, it all came out on my massage table. As a little girl, she had indeed been sexually abused by a family member. This still had a huge impact on her mental health. She was very depressed and had so many dark periods that she no longer wanted to live. I felt incredibly sorry for her, and she was open to help and guidance."

Processing

"When I told her that I had already received images of the abuse, my client felt mainly relieved. Finally, there was someone with whom she could share her traumas. However, it wasn't until she was home that she could place my image of the little girl. It wasn't her, but her daughter, because in her phone, the woman found a photo of her on her tricycle. This was the sign for the woman that she needed to start processing her unpleasant experiences. For her daughter, she wanted to feel better, and that's why she entered a program with me where she learned how to feel safe and good in her body again. She also learned how to trust her intuition. She had never been able to learn that due to the abuse, and it was beautiful to see how she developed."

Special

"After this client, I often received messages about people in my practice. They all turned out to be accurate, and that makes my work as a trauma coach even more valuable than it already was. For me, that first paranormal experience during my work was very special, because it not only helped the woman but also me. And that's something I'm still very grateful for."
